At Garuda Knitwear, our infrastructure is designed to support every stage of garment manufacturing with efficiency, consistency, and quality control. From advanced machinery to well-organized production units, each process is systematically structured to meet evolving customer requirements.
Cutting
Our cutting department has 6 lay cutting straight knife machines and can cut up to 20,000 pcs per day. Very intricate shapes can be cut by our BAND knife cutting machines.
Also we have a manual cutting team to cut yarn dyed and small parts with embellishments.
Sewing
We have a sewing floor comprising of 100 state of art machines to make any style with different fabric structure. These high speed machines with latest attachments helps us in making hi fashion garments within stipulated time and with right Quality.
Printing
We have a printing capacity of 5000 pcs per day with a glass table and new state of the art technology. Our print technician’s skills makes us to stand proud in the market. Quality at source and controls at every stage makes the printing.
Checking
Quality Assurance & Garment Inspection Experts
We have our team of skilled checkers with an expertise and experience of checking garments to the required standards by the customers. The team ensures the quality of sewing make up and trims.
Finishing
Advanced Finishing & Precision Garment Packing
Our Finishing line consists of vacuum tables with steam presses to give the final touch to the garments and make sure they are packed as per the ratio and method defined by the customers in pristine condition.
Our finishing line is equipped with advanced vacuum tables and steam presses to deliver a refined final look to every garment. Each piece is carefully pressed, inspected, and packed according to the customer’s specified ratios and packing methods, ensuring it reaches in perfect, pristine condition.
